There are a few things about this photo that make it stand out to me. Not only is this intensely beautiful, but there's an added softness in the texture of the water itself. It's reminiscent of a gentle dream or the emergence of oneself from a dark and unknown place in time. The water (at a certain glance) nearly manifests itself as a black expanse of sand dunes, rather than what it truly is.

My favorite shots of shorelines are those taken in the most peaceful and serene of times, and this image is certainly a wonderful capture. The sun really adds to the incredibly divine nature of the scene, as it's positioned in such a way that it's inviting to the eye.

Overall, a very captivating image. Wonderful work~!
